Through our greenhouse and high tunnel farming system, we make water usage more efficient by increasing the yield
Individuals
FRUTOS prioritizes professional development through ongoing training. Our farm
team includes men aged 21 to 60 from various regions, and over 50% of our
administrative staff are women in leadership roles, blending youth and experience.
Energy
Currently without electricity, the farm is transitioning to solar energy, which reduces our carbon footprint and generates no greenhouse gases or pollution.
Society
We believe that every farmer and worker should have access to a better way of doing business, and a better way of living.
Economy
FRUTOS operates sustainably, prioritizing the well-being of the land, customers,
staff, and communities. Our focus is on personnel growth and building strong
relationships with clients, partners, and producers.
